We request your flight details in advance so that we are able to keep track of your incoming or outgoing flights, and we will adjust the pick-up or drop-off time accordingly. There will be a complimentary waiting time of one hour from your scheduled arrival. Please inform us of any personal delays so as to not incur an additional charge.

Singapore is a bilingual country and our drivers will be able to mainly communicate in both English and another language, such as Mandarin, Malay or Tamil. Please contact us if you have specific language requirements.

There are no cancellation charges if the cancellation occurs more than 12 hours of the scheduled job.. 

If the job is cancelled 12 hours before the scheduled job, there will be a 50% charge.

If the job is cancelled 2 hours before the scheduled job, there will be a 100% charge.
